The Courage and Renewal® approach:
  • Explores the relationships between heart, mind and spirit as this is expressed in the inner and outer landscapes of one’s life
  • Supports reconnection to our sense of identity and integrity, acknowledging and valuing our gifts and strengths, and recognising our limits
  • Creates a context for careful listening and deep connection with others and the challenges we are meeting
  • Establishes trustworthy spaces where we can reflect on our sense of vocation and purpose
  • Charts the connection between attending to the inner dimension of our lives and the impact we have on the communities within which we live, work and are part of.

The Center for Courage & Renewal
