 This is a mothers retreat - it will not be suitable for babies or children to attend 

A Place To Just Be is a tucked-away retreat centre, bejewelled with sculptures and earthy forms hewn with care to stir your creativity and lift your soul. 

This retreat provides a safe and hospitable space to reflect on what matters most; your connection with your child/ren, loved ones and yourself.
This is not therapy or a course. It is a reflective exploration of Circle of Security core themes. 

In Circles of Trust, we speak and we listen.
We explore important questions in large group conversation and dialogues in small groups.
Multiple modes of reflection will be used so everyone can find their unique place and pace.
We make time for individual reflection, journaling and creative exploration.
